The data procured is broadly classified as processed and unprocessed data. Processed data are procured from our partners and acquired by our internal teams. These must meet the stringent internal requirements standards All unprocessed data procured are processed internally before being used for ratings purposes.
Issuer Company’s ratings are reviewed once a year, from April to the following March. Issuers are monitored and tracked all year round. Any review, other than the annual reviews, would depend on any material events happening with the issuer. In case of a material event a review is triggered.
Also, in the event if any of our employees resigns and joins an issuer, the ratings review is triggered.

No. Although English is the commonly used business language, we recognize the importance, of local languages. Hence provision has been made in the research process to include data points from other local languages and foreign languages. The key languages covered are as follows: English, Hindi, other local languages & French.
