"Building and connecting Strong Sustainability Practices to Strong Financial and Environmental Outcomes for Clients."
ESG Rating Analyst is becoming an increasingly popular career choice, it is also one of the most pronounced industry trends in recent times that has the potential to impact a much wider range of careers within the financial and non-financial sectors. ESG Rating analysis is a type of analysis that looks at the non-financial aspects of a company in order to make key decisions relating to investment, by investors, regulators, companies, consumer bodies, research entities and more.
ESG Rating Analysts conducts research to evaluate a company's performance in areas across the full range of ESG themes, including supply chain management, sustainability governance, environmental management, emission and resource consumption and even working conditions to name a few. ESG Rating Analysts scrutinize various non-financial aspects of a business or opportunity in order to provide a more rounded conclusion to investors, regulators, companies, consumer bodies, research entities and others. They are often employed within private equity firms, wealth management organizations, banks, global rating agencies and similar bodies which provide clients with important insights that influence their decision making.
But it’s not as simple as just looking at whether a company is doing something good or bad – there’s a lot more nuance involved. For example, an analyst might look at how water-stressed a region is where a company operates, whether its products are harmful to the environment, how much waste it produces, its carbon footprint, its employee safety records, and many more. The key highlight of our learning programs is our “Practitioner” approach to learning. This helps participants to not just understand concepts but start applying them as well. This we do primarily through simulation and exercise. They are instructor led and guided. Every participant has their own learning curve, this approach helps the slowest of learners to apply while challenging the quicker learners with higher level application. All our participants learn to execute the learnings.
